Krzewinski + Partners successfully assisted Koesio with the acquisition of Davin.

This operation allows Koesio to take a prominent position by becoming the market leader in indirect sales of printing and document processing solutions in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Groupe Davin is specialized in the distribution of professional multifunction printers, document management, and video projection solutions. Founded in 1975 by Bernard Davin, the company operates mainly in French-speaking Belgium and Luxembourg.
