Krzewinski+Partners successfully assisted the French company Lighting Developpement with the acquisition of material assets of lighting specialist Lunoo.

After several difficult years, lighting specialist Lunoo gets a new start thanks to French holding company Lighting Developpement, a lighting specialist in France and Belgium.

Lighting Developpement is investing in independent PME in the lighting sector and is focusing primarily on the B2B market in Europe.

Most of Lunoo employees retain their jobs with same terms and conditions.
