After having assisted Koesio with its acquisition of Davin group, Krzewinski+Partners successfully assisted Koesio with the acquisition of VComm.

Following the acquisition of the Davin group in July 2021, this operation allows Koesio to take a prominent position by becoming the market leader in indirect sales of printing and document processing solutions in Belgium and Luxembourg.

VCOMM is a Belgian distributor of Ricoh printing and digital document management solutions. Founded in 2002 by Frédéric Villers, Vcomm operates in Belgium and Luxembourg and has developed a portfolio of several thousand small and medium-sized business customers.
